never gets old

Sadly, Chicago is constantly overlooked by the fashion community whose main focus is always London, Paris, New York, Milan, etc. I was actually surprised (but of course VERY HAPPY) when I found out that we were the second US city getting a Topshop. Regardless, I will always love this city. Chicago, hands down, has the best skyline. It never gets old.

I got home from work today when my sister asked if I wanted to go to Kernal Sweet Tooth for some ice cream. Instead of opting for my usual throw-on summer dress I decided to wear the Shaun White for Target (yay little boys section!!) shirt I got a few weeks back. I paired it with my Wayfarers, a random ring, high-waisted American Apparel shorts, Michael Kors flats, and a delicious mint chocolate chip ice cream cone.

I also got to see Mari! (I miss you!!)

She said she likes my hair.

I think I BADLY need a cut and dye job...
